Terrazza is a magnificent house of approx. 65 sqm, with a beautiful terracotta terrace fully reserved for guests. For this reason, it is much appreciated by those prefer greater autonomy and independence. It is situated on the first floor and you access by a large external stone staircase. The large terrace of 60 sqm has a wrought iron pergola, a barbecue, an outdoor shower. The view of the countryside is really beautiful. There is a living room with large brick fireplace and two sofas, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower (sleeps 4 +2). In addition it is equipped with safe, dishwasher, microwave, wifi. The paintwork of the walls are made with the technique of sponging and colors are yellow and lilac. The ceilings are made of wood with the characteristic Capriata.
